The Fluorofab® DXL™ product line is specifically designed to stand up to the most aggressive applications in the PVC Window and Door welding industry. DXL™ Fabrics and Tapes utilize an engineered coating to improve the abrasion resistance and life of the product. Our DXL™ line is a non-metallic product that utilizes surface coatings that provide for a harder surface as well as more abrasion resistance. The DXL™ product is provided as a fabric or a tape with a high temperature silicone adhesive system. Our standard Fluorofab® Fabrics and Tapes are also an excellent choice for your welding applications.

In laboratory test data and actual applications the DXL™ Fabric and Tape out performed and lasted two to three times longer than standard PTFE coated fiberglass.
