Our Tortilla Belting Line has been developed to provide the best non-stick wear resistance for your application. Utilizing our ISO quality system we are able to coat and provide consistent, high quality material tailored for you application. Green Belting has a wide range of products designed to meet the needs of many food applications. We also provide a wide range of products that can be used for cut sheet tray liner applications.
100 Line
The 100 line of belt fabrics is our standard PTFE-coated fabrics. These products meet the demands of many high volume applications.
SP Line
The SP line of belt fabrics is designed for applications that require more than the standard PTFE coating. This line of fabrics has a surface coating to improve the life of the product. The SP11 products also have an engineered boundary layer to improve the PTFE bond to the glass.
Fluorofab DXL™ Line
The Fluorofab DXL™ line is our new premium belting line. Fluorofab DXL™ is a non-metallic product. Our product utilizes surface coatings that provide for a harder surface as well as more abrasion resistance and impact resistance. Additionally, this product has an engineered boundary layer to improve the PTFE bond to the glass.
