GBI worked with a major manufacturer of foam filled packaging materials to improve throughput, and to reduce operating expense by replacing their standard 3 mil PTFE/Glass Zone Tape with our DXL 4 Zone Tape. This customer went from changing the standard 3 mil Zone Tape every 24 hours to changing our DXL 4 Zone Tape once every two weeks. Neither we nor the customer had dared predict that sort of improvement. Once again, we were able to significantly improve a customer's process by introducing this unique material.
