GBI was able to help a major manufacturer of carpeting achieve their just-in-time manufacturing objectives by committing to a maximum 24 hour lead time on large PTFE/Glass open mesh belts. Their experience with other manufacturers left them waiting several days or even weeks for replacement belts on these 100" + wide belts. By switching to Greenbelt's 30-89 Open Mesh belts, they were able to eliminate the need to carry backups and spares and also achieve their just-in-time supply objectives.
